Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Private content
CalcSecure can store photos, videos, documents, downloads, notes and other content you choose to place inside the app. Local private content follows the protected storage flow of the app and is not intentionally uploaded to CalcSecure-owned servers.
2. Camera and media access
The app may request camera and media access so you can capture, import, restore and manage content for the corresponding features. Android controls these permissions on your device.
3. App Lock and AccessibilityService
The optional App Lock can use Android's AccessibilityService to detect when a selected protected app is opened and show the CalcSecure authentication screen. This access is provided for App Lock functionality. CalcSecure does not intend to use the service to read or collect private text, passwords, keystrokes or message content.
4. Google Drive Cloud Backup
Cloud Backup is optional. When enabled by you, CalcSecure connects to Google Drive and creates an encrypted backup package using a backup password chosen by you. The package is uploaded to your Google Drive for management or restore.
5. Advertising
The free version may use Google AdMob for advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process data according to Google's policies, applicable law, device settings and available consent controls. CalcSecure Pro is intended to provide an ad-free experience.
6. Google Play purchases
CalcSecure Pro purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. CalcSecure does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number.
7. Security
CalcSecure uses local security mechanisms and encryption for private content. No software can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention and deletion
Private content remains on your device until you delete or restore it. Cloud backup data remains in your Google Drive until you remove it using the available controls or Google Drive.
9. Third-party services
CalcSecure may rely on Google Drive, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Android system services. These services have their own policies and terms.
10. Children's privacy
CalcSecure is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as CalcSecure develops. The latest version is published here with the updated date.
